Intigration Terms & Conditions

The ELT APP platform can be used with help of systems and codes provided by the authorities of the management as well as coding systems recommended on the website with the following terms of use.

• Integration codes are the sole property of the ELT APP platform and can be used with the permissions through a systematic format provided by the company and can be used on websites as well as applications of other companies.
• The coding provided by the company can be only used for placing orders and using the services provided by the ELT APP platform.
• The set of coding is for reducing efforts of placing the orders as well as for use of defined format of connections usable by the application coders to provide and get information for a defined usage of set of coding.

Any misuse of the set of coding may result into a legal matter where the person using may have to face legal suit.

Transport charge shall be collected from pickup point in case of integration. (Cash on Pickup) by default

Unauthorized intervention in the system or placing dummy orders may also result into a legal misuse condition.

The format of coding works on the universal format of the application platform, where as any customization can only be made with the help of authorized persons intervention, permissions of which can be applied through email : info@eltapp.com

Rate definition of the ELT APP integration system may vary and are based on sole authority of ELT APP authorities. It may also imply that the basic format remains the same if there is no special permission granted to the user of the codes.

Changes in the rate can be done to the integration system without prior notice.

In case of your non acceptance on any of the above terms the person or company may not use the codes and if used shall have no right to claim any reimbursement on services used.
